Pink Shirt Day is about reducing bullying by celebrating diversity in all its forms and supporting schools, workplaces, and communities to be safe, supportive, welcoming, and inclusive of all. By rounding up your purchase you are helping create a kinder, more inclusive Aotearoa, where everyone feels safe, valued, and unafraid to be themselves.

With your support, the Mental Health Foundation will help build a nation of Upstanders – people who call bullying out when they see it, and support people who are being bullied.

If you see someone being bullied, be an Upstander, not a bystander. There are lots of ways you can support someone who is being bullied. Call it out if you feel safe enough to do so. Interrupt the bullying and help the person being bullied leave the situation. Get help from someone you trust.
